Please read this information before making your purchase:
- All orders in our shop are accepted only from a registered customer. A private customer should give his/her name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. A corporate customer shall also note his business ID. We shall not transfer customer information to anyone else and promise to keep it only in our customer register. Every customer chooses for his/her-self own password.
- All prices include VAT (23%) according to tax legislation of Finland.
- Delivery expenses shall be added to final sum according to the country of delivery and way of shipping, chosen by the customer. Delivery costs are counted automatically and they depend of total weight of order and country of delivery. Terms of delivery depends also of country of delivery.
- Customer may pay via international online payment system PayPal. We accept also payment by credit card Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Customers from Finland (both individual and corporate) may be invoiced. Finnish customers may also make their payments by cash on delivery in local post offices, where their order will be delivered.
- According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, any goods mailed to a private citizen may be returned within 14 days from the receipt. A returned item shall be essentially in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt. The right of return does not apply to DVD, video, CD or audio cassettes, if the wrappings have been opened.
